Raphael Clements is the founder of Clements Partners, bringing a strong track record from his years as a leading recruitment consultant in London. After progressing quickly within his previous firm and consistently exceeding performance expectations, Raphael established Clements Partners with a clear mission: to deliver recruitment built on long-term partnership, trust, and high-quality execution.

Within two years, he grew the company from a start-up into a successful consultancy, supporting clients across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Raphael has delivered a wide range of contract and permanent hires, earning recognition for his responsiveness, accuracy, and commitment to client success.

As demand for Clements Partners increased, Raphael oversaw the firm’s expansion into the United States, relocating its headquarters to support the company’s next stage of growth.

Outside of work, he is a committed endurance athlete, having completed ultramarathons over 100 km and achieving a sub-3-hour marathon.

Amadeus Clements joined the recruitment industry in 2021 and has since played a central role in the growth and operational development of Clements Partners. As Head of Operations, he oversees the firm’s finance function, operational infrastructure, and business development activities, ensuring the business is positioned for sustainable and scalable growth.

With a detail-driven and analytical approach, Amadeus focuses on building robust systems, strengthening financial controls, and refining internal processes that enable teams to perform at the highest level. His role bridges strategy and execution, translating commercial objectives into practical, well-managed operational outcomes.

By aligning financial discipline with operational excellence, Amadeus supports long-term value creation for clients, partners, and the wider business.

Joe White is a life sciences recruitment specialist with a proven track record of outstanding performance since 2022. During this period, he has consistently delivered high quality recruitment services to growing biopharmaceutical companies, reflecting his strong commercial understanding and reliability in highly competitive markets. Joe specializes in delivering for roles in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and Biometrics.
